The Nadic Insurance Brokers logo is the trademark of Nadic and it along with the IP Content may not be used without permission and/or attribution.

Nadic reserves the right to deny you access to, or use of, all or part of the Site, without prior notice, if you engage in any conduct that Nadic believes, in its absolute discretion:

• Violates any term or provision of the Terms and Conditions; or
   
• Violates the rights of Nadic or third parties; or
   
• Is inappropriate, unsuitable, obscene, indecent, offensive, violent, threatening, defamatory or otherwise damaging to Nadic or any other person

System Integrity & User Conduct

You must not use the Site to:

• Impersonate or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any other person or entity;
   
• Send junk, inappropriate, obscene, indecent, offensive, violent, threatening or defamatory electronic mail or "spam" to people who would not wish to receive mail from you;

General

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and will be deemed deleted to the extent that it is not enforceable, and the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure by Nadic or any other authorised person to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any of these Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any right or remedy of Nadic, of any existing or subsequent breach of these Terms and Conditions. The law of New South Wales governs these Terms and Conditions. 

All of our prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and services tax (GST). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else for the same product, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide a more competitive deal.
